Coconut Water could Lower the Blood Pressure

Coconut water is included in the favorite drink for breaking the fast. Effect of freshness of coconut water, among other things, because coconut water contains naturally  electrolytes that very good to replace lost body fluids.


In the WebMD site mentioned, coconut water consists of water (94 percent) and low in calories. Coconut water is also a good source of B vitamins, potassium, enzymes, and amino acids and has antioxidant effects in the body.

Scientific research on the benefits of coconut water is still limited, but one of them said, the patient's blood pressure, high blood pressure who regularly consume coconut water would dropped to 71 percent.

"Compared with isotonic drinks or energy drinks, coconut water richer in potassium than sodium. Calium and potassium known to be beneficial for heart health. Because of that, experts mentioned, that drinking coconut water without sugar can help lower the risk of heart disease.

Helmin said : "Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has said that coconut water as a natural energy drink. Gynecology fructose and glucose can also make the body re-energized after a day of fasting, without worrying about blood sugar to rise,"
