Oysters Makes Bones Stronger


 During this time, the oyster is known as an aphrodisiac or sexual arousal plant foods. Research in 2009 which was published in the Nutrition Journal said that, the oysters also contain lots of zinc and calcium for bone formation. Plus, helps  formation of bone collagen.

Bone Collagen is one of the skeleton-forming material that makes bones more flexible. The content of zinc in the oyster is also beneficial for improving endurance, forming muscle tissue, accelerate the growth of new cells, prevent enlargement of the prostate gland in men, and prevent the pneumonia.

Calories, fat, and cholesterol in the zinc is quite a low so it was quite safe used in the daily menu. You can enjoy oysters with boiled, steamed, or baked. Avoid eating raw oysters because it was feared already contaminated with vibrio bacterium that can cause nausea and vomiting.
