Foods for your Skin

Do you want to have healthy and beautiful skin, but not willing to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy cosmetics ? So, you have to fulfill your shoping basket with fruit and vegetables as following :


  • Oranges, Lemon, and Lime
     Please eating fruits frequently because of its high vitamin C content. Just  you know vitamin C are antioxidants that will protect the structure of the skin from damage caused by free radicals. In addition, vitamin C has a major role to maintain the collagen until  the skin does not wrinkle easily .
  • Green tea
    All types of tea actually contains EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate), included in the antioxidant group, but the highest abortion is green tea. EGCG will reduce inflammation of the skin caused by the sun or acne. Moreover EGCG also will expel the stress hormone, cortisol .
  • Green vegetables
    Some types of green vegetables, such as spinach or broccoli, contain of vitamin A which is needed for the regeneration of skin cells. Without enough vitamin A your skin will become dry, scaly and rough .
  • Sea Fishes
    Eating fish from the sea, such as salmon, tuna, mackerel, and trout, will provide multiple benefits for the skin; omega-3 fatty acids are good for preventing premature aging, as well as a high protein content to repair damaged the skin cells and improve the enzymes and hormones until the skin looks radiant.
