  1.  Fish Oil

  2. Green Foliage
    Green foliage such as spinach, kale, and broccoli are full of antioxidants, including vitamin C and beta-carotene, which helps maintain a healthy body and brain.     The brain consists of 80 percent water, so that water supply is very important to keep the brain functioning optimally. But if you are not a fan of water, replace it with a cup of green tea can bring benefits to your brain. A study in Korea found that green tea helps increase the mental preparedness and improve memory. Researchers found that the antioxidants in green tea could help protect the brain and reduce the risk of decline in thinking abilities.

    Chocolate is good for the brain! A milk chocolate can improve your IQ,dark chocolate rich with ingredients called flavonoids, which will add the ability to think.Researchers found that flavonoids trigger the formation of new nerve cells in the brain which adds the ability to store memories.The study found that flavonoids increase blood flow to the brain. Another study also found that adult women were given chocolate drinks that rich  with flavonoid , increase blood flow to his brain in two hours, and they could do the mental job who more complicated.
