The film burns calories for biggest audience, was in fact the psychological thriller The Shining (1980) by the number of calories burned 184. Meanwhile, in second level was the film Jaws by burning calories 161 and The Exorcist in third with the number of calories burned reached 158.

Richard Mackenzie, a researcher. said : "Increased levels of adrenaline while watching a horror movie will increase heart rate and makes the blood flow throughout the body faster,"
